Who runs this website?

The SPRAC Handbook (sprac.ch) is a non-commercial, open-source community project made by students from the SPARC community. It is not a company and not a registered association.

Non-commercial project

The SPRAC Handbook has no advertising, no sponsored content, no affiliate links and no paid services. We do not collect money or donations and we do not sell anything.

Not an official website

The SPRAC Handbook is an unofficial project. It is not operated, endorsed or reviewed by the Swiss Armed Forces, the Kommando Cyber, the DDPS, SPARC or the companies that run SPARC.

Names such as SPARC, Cyber Lehrgang (CYLG) and Cyber Bataillon 42 are used only to describe these programmes and belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy of the content

We write every page carefully and link the official sources we rely on. Programmes, requirements and dates change, so we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete or up to date at all times.

The handbook is general information. It is not official information and not advice on your individual military service obligations. For binding answers, contact the official bodies directly, for example your cantonal military authority, the Kommando Rekrutierung or the official programme websites.

External links

The handbook links to external websites, such as official programme pages and our repository. The operators of those websites are solely responsible for their content. We check a link when we add it, but we do not monitor linked websites on an ongoing basis.
